Our business-centric practice evolved from the multi-disciplinary background of our founder and namesake, Brent M. Burningham, who acquired his expertise through a variety of practice settings, including in-house corporate legal departments, a major metropolitan "Big-4" tax consulting practice, and a traditional law firm environment. Consequently, we take a broad view of legal service delivery, understanding how legal decisions often impact many aspects of a business.

You will be personally served by the principal, founding attorney, unless you authorize or request differently. Years of in-house and private practice suggest that by having a strong, personal relationship with your attorney, and by keeping them alerted early on in major planning and decisionmaking, you can avoid many of the crises that can lead to serious negative - even catastrophic, consequences, for some businesses.
